An alien rocket ship lands outside on of the windows of my apartment. Its huge. It was late at night, and I dunno why I was awake at the time. I went downstairs and went to the spot, underneath the rocket it had made this shack? A small home? It was messy, and lots of stuff was scattered around. It was mostly grey and black and slightly white in color. Some stuff was red ish. But as I went in further in this small home, there was a hallway and a large portal at the end. I began receiving alien messages in my mind, and they told me that the portal was broken. That I needed to gather people to help repair it, and that it would lead to a beautiful place, I cant remember if they said the afterlife or someplace better than this earth. The portals border was black and inside to step into was a void, slightly sparkly and it was goopy. Like slime. When I would tell people about this place, they would follow me to it and all would run into the portal. I would get a wave of nauseousness and remorse as I would yell for them to stop but once they entered the portal, they all died. Their bodies disintegrated. And this happened almost every time I brought people to this place. After a while I was one of the few people left in my city. The others who actually listened to me, that I was saying we must fix the portal before entering, would visit every day, and help me try to solve it. The aliens left clues everywhere scattered around the area of the small home. And, when it got late, they would go home, and I would stay at this place. I would walk to the portal and sit on my ankles, knees on the ground. I would just stare into the portal. Every night. But one night as I stared into it, a 'men in black' agent sped walked into it, and as I cried for him to stop, he waltzed right in, but a different reaction came from the portal. It turned a silver color, the part you walk into, and it wrapped around him like a hug before pulling him in. I was surprised, and I scooted closer to the portal, and thought maybe it would be okay if I went in since the aliens were using me as a means to communicate with others. I put my hand into the portal, and it wrapped around my hand. What happened after that was a blur.
Dreams that involve alien encounters, portals, and messages can often symbolize significant inner conflict, a search for purpose, or transitions in life. Let’s delve into the layers of your dream:
The alien rocket ship landing outside your apartment signifies a new and profound experience entering your life. Aliens often represent the unknown or aspects of yourself that are foreign or unfamiliar. This might suggest that there’s something new emerging within you or a situation that feels completely foreign to your current reality. The late-night setting evokes feelings of introspection and vulnerability; you’re awake and aware when you might typically be passive, indicating a willingness to confront this new element in your life.
The small, messy home created underneath the rocket reflects a chaotic or unorganized aspect of your life. The colors grey, black, and white suggest feelings of gloom or uncertainty, while the touches of red can symbolize anger, passion, or danger. This chaotic environment might represent unresolved issues or emotions that you’re facing. Walking into this space indicates your bravery in confronting your fears and uncertainties, as it represents a deeper exploration of your psyche.
The portal symbolizes a transition or gateway to new possibilities. The broken state of the portal suggests that you feel incomplete or stuck in your current situation. The fact that the aliens communicate with you indicates that you are receiving profound insights about this transition; perhaps they represent your own intuitive understanding of what needs to be repaired in your life. The beauty hearkened in the messages may signify the hope and promise of change.
When you invite people into the portal, their bodies disintegrate, revealing your fear of leading others astray. This reflects feelings of guilt or responsibility for others' fates, which can stem from your fear that your choices may not lead to the outcomes you desire. It could also highlight your reluctance to fully embrace change, knowing it might carry risks for those around you. The remorse you feel likely indicates your awareness of the complexities involved in not only personal decisions but also how they impact your relationships and community.
Your effort to gather people to help fix the portal signifies collaboration, connection, and a shared journey toward understanding your life’s purpose. The people who faithfully help you embody your support system or aspects of yourself that still believe in hope and communal progress.
This character can symbolize the authoritative figures or societal expectations that seem to intervene in your personal journey. His casual, oblivious entry into the portal represents how external pressures or societal norms can lead individuals to dangerous paths without understanding the consequences. It's interesting that the man was pulled in differently, suggesting that you feel others might handle these deep transitions differently, perhaps more recklessly.
When you finally reach towards the portal, it wraps around your hand. This element indicates a desire to embrace change, or the unknown, despite the risks involved. You are on the verge of a significant transformation, symbolized by the surreal experience of your hand’s interaction with the portal.
Overall, your dream embodies a journey of self-discovery, facing fears about change, and dealing with the complexities of decision-making in your community. It may be urging you to acknowledge both the fear and potential of transformation, reminding you that while change can be daunting, it holds the possibility of growth, beauty, and deeper understanding. Your role as a communicator and fixer holds great weight, and it emphasizes the importance of responsible choices during transitional phases.
